Torralbenc's restaurant
Advised by Michelin Star chef Gorka Txapartegi, the Torralbenc restaurant is the result of simple and honest cooking techniques from Mediterranean cuisine, with respect for the roots of Menorcan gastronomy.
In our recipes, we use local and organic products, some of which are produced on our lands, such as our Torralbenc wines, olive oil, vegetables, spices, and eggs. The result is a concise and precise menu, combining simple but flavorful starters, grilled meats and fish, a selection of rice dishes, and homemade desserts.
Lunch: from 13:00 h. to 15:15 h.
Dinner: from 19:30 h. to 22:30 h.

Our tasting menu
The cuisine of our chef, together with Gorka Txapartegui (Michelin Star), fuses to offer a unique combination of traditional and innovative recipes that surprise every season. Our tasting menu features an appetizer, two starters, rice, fish, meat and two exquisite desserts.
Mediterranean cuisine where calm and savoir-faire predominate
Torralbenc’s restaurant is designed to enjoy cooking as it used to be, with recipes prepared slowly or, as we Menorcans would say, poc a poc.
Much of our good work is based on knowing how to respect time: the time that nature takes to give us the best of the land. The time that the charcoal from our embers takes to cook the produce from our vegetable garden. As long as it takes, and with great care, to offer the best of each product in each and every one of our recipes.
A Menorcan refuge surrounded by nature
The gastronomic experience is intensified by the setting where the restaurant is located. The interior dining room, a warm and welcoming space in earthy tones, is the building that the estate used to store the harvest and work the vines.
However, the main protagonist is the terrace, a real natural refuge surrounded by gardens, olive trees and vineyards with views of the sea horizon.
