A reinterpretation of our gastronomy

Advised by Michelin Star chef Gorka Txapartegi, Torralbenc’s restaurant blends Menorcan flavours and recipes with the simple and honest techniques of Basque cuisine.
We propose a shorter and unerring menu, combining simple but flavorful appetizers, a selection of rice dishes and homemade desserts. Our gastronomic offer stands out with the grilling technique, with fresh meat and fish that achieve excellence in texture and doneness, with a wine list to match. The recipes are elaborated with local products some of them produced in our land, like our wines, olive oil, vegetables and eggs.


The Menorcan slow-life is also reflected in our restaurant.
Torralbenc’s restaurant slow cooker technique brings us back to our childhood, to those soul-warming meals at Grandma’s house.
