Torralbenc's restaurant
Advised by Michelin Star chef Gorka Txapartegi, Torralbenc’s restaurant blends Menorcan flavours and recipes with the simple and honest techniques of Mediterranean cuisine.
We propose a shorter and unerring menu, combining simple but flavorful appetizers, a selection of rice dishes and homemade desserts. Our gastronomic offer stands out with the grilling technique, with fresh meat and fish that achieve excellence in texture and doneness, with a wine list to match. The recipes are elaborated with local products some of them produced in our land, like our wines, olive oil, vegetables and eggs.
Lunch: from 13:00 h. to 15:15 h.
Dinner: from 19:30 h. to 22:30 h.
Romantic dinners
In the soft glow of a candlelit setting, surrounded by the unspoilt nature of the Torralbenc estate, savour six carefully curated dishes in a menu that revisits the authentic flavours of both our sea and land.
Here, nestled among the flourishing Menorcan scenery and beneath the canopy of trees, this nook reveals itself as the perfect setting for a romantic dinner for two. An experience in which to celebrate love in its purest sense, accompanied by the warmth of the sunset and the gentle echoes of nature.
The Menorcan slow-life is also reflected in our restaurant.
Torralbenc’s restaurant slow cooker technique brings us back to our childhood, to those soul-warming meals at Grandma’s house.
We have learnt from their know-how and the love they put into their cuisine, thus, respecting the timing of the important things: the time that nature takes to give us the best of the earth. The cycles of the seasons and their unique flavours. The perfect heat of the charcoal to cook the best of our traditional farming…
A Menorcan atmosphere surrounded by nature.
For those looking for a holistic experience, we offer a tasting menu that can be paired with some wines from our list, as well as wine tastings at our cellar.
Visit us every day to enjoy the best of the Mediterranean cuisine in the dining room or the outdoor terrace, surrounded by bougainvillaea, olive trees, lavender fields and local nature.
