Wine with roots. Time with meaning. More than a wine, a life project that honours the land, the heritage and the landscape of Menorca.

After more than a decade of work, Torralbenc Winery in Menorca is now a living reality. A project born from the desire to restore the estate’s agricultural heartbeat — to research, to observe the land and to learn from it. Much more than a wine, or even a winery visit, discovering it means experiencing the expression of a life project that brings together tradition, landscape, culture and sustainability. Since 2016, we have been crafting our own wines: honest, carefully made and true to the place from which they come.

Pinot Noir 2021. Fresh and well balanced, with a firm structure.

Working the stone. Cultivating time. Restoring this land, after thirty years left uncultivated, was no easy task.

Menorcan limestone — compact and resilient — demanded slow, humble work. First to understand it, and only then to plant. Hope, respect and commitment to the surroundings led us to transform the arid into the fertile. To turn this challenging soil into a living vineyard.
