Menorcan Essence

Torralbenc is a sanctuary. A former 74-hectare agricultural estate in the southwest of Menorca, nestled among vineyards and fields where time seems to stand still and the land breathes.

Its buildings, constructed between the 19th and 20th centuries, have been carefully restored to preserve the rustic Minorcan character and transformed into a luxury agritourism with its own winery. Here, whitewashed architecture, heritage cuisine, wine and wellbeing are woven together to offer an authentic, character-ful experience. After more than a decade of research, dedication and respect for the land, the first vintage of Torralbenc wines was produced in 2016. This project revives the island’s winemaking tradition and crafts wines amidst 14 hectares of vineyard on the estate. Recognised as the Best Wine Tourism Hotel at the International Wine Challenge Merchant Awards Spain, every sip tells a story.
